About the Role

Join a high-impact engineering team reshaping the third-party logistics (3PL) industry. The mission of this project is to architect, develop, and scale high-performance, secure backend systems that handle the complex demands of modern supply chain and order management platforms.

This is a pivotal role for a hands-on engineer who thrives on full ownership. You will drive the technical roadmap, from ideation to deployment, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure continuous innovation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Most Important

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of scalable, distributed systems using Elixir (or similar functional languages) and modern design patterns.
• Data & Streaming Expertise: Build and optimize high-performance systems leveraging SQL for complex modeling and Kafka for event-driven architectures.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for technical projects, from initial specification through to stable production delivery.
• Team Mentorship: Drive technical excellence by mentoring backend engineers and championing software development best practices.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the logistics, supply chain, or third-party logistics (3PL) industries.
• Familiarity with building Order Management Systems (OMS) or Consumer Experience platforms.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment where you had to wear multiple hats.
